Its substantial weight creates a solid, stable cutting surface that stays firmly in place during chopping, slicing, and carving. One side features a deep juice groove for meats and other foods that release liquids, while the flat reverse side provides a large, uninterrupted surface for vegetables, fruit, and everyday prep.
