Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with FloatingShelvesUSA, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all products sold, including floating shelves, cutting boards, hardware, and related items.

All products are manufactured to order unless otherwise specified.

All floating shelves and most products sold by FloatingShelvesUSA are custom-built to order.

All custom orders are final sale.

Once production has begun:

• Orders cannot be canceled
• Orders cannot be modified
• Products are not eligible for return or refund

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Custom sizes
• Wood species
• Stain selections
• Edge profiles
• Integrated features

Customers are responsible for verifying all dimensions, confirming product selections, and ensuring compatibility with their installation environment.

FloatingShelvesUSA is not responsible for incorrect measurements, improper product selection, or installation errors.

All lead times are estimates only.

Production timelines may vary based on order volume and complexity. Lead times may change without notice, and modifications to orders may reset lead times.

FloatingShelvesUSA is not liable for delays once production has begun.

General

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered, package weight and dimensions, and delivery destination. Shipping costs apply to all orders regardless of order value.

Important Notes

Large and oversized items may require special shipping arrangements and may incur additional charges. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed once an order leaves our facility. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout for orders eligible for standard carrier delivery.

All orders must be inspected upon delivery.

If damage is present, the customer must notify FloatingShelvesUSA within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and product.

If damage is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or provide a resolution at our discretion.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void eligibility for claims.

Custom Products

Custom products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Custom Products (if applicable)

Returns must be approved prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for return shipping and the original shipping cost, and the return is subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Products must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for proper installation of all products.

FloatingShelvesUSA provides guidance and installation resources but does not guarantee installation outcomes.

FloatingShelvesUSA is not responsible for improper installation, structural failures due to wall conditions, or use outside recommended applications.

Load capacity varies based on wall structure, installation method, and hardware used.

Any stated weight capacities are guidelines only, not guarantees.

All products are made from real wood. Variations in color, grain pattern, texture, and natural wood movement over time are normal and expected.

These variations are not defects and are not grounds for return.

Stains and finishes may vary due to natural wood differences, lighting conditions, and screen or device variations.

FloatingShelvesUSA is not responsible for perceived color differences or expectations based on photos alone.

Structural Warranty

FloatingShelvesUSA provides a lifetime structural warranty on all shelves.

5-Year Product Warranty

The 5-year product warranty covers manufacturing defects and finish failure under normal use.

The warranty does not cover improper installation, abuse or misuse, environmental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Cutting boards are made from natural wood and are subject to normal wear with use.

Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance, including regular application of board oil and/or wax.

Board wax and oil are non-returnable once opened.

FloatingShelvesUSA is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, installation-related issues, or delays caused by carriers or external factors.

Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

FloatingShelvesUSA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, and correct pricing or listing errors.
